Pink Wednesday Spam

I almost forgot Pink Wednesday!
I'm cheating this week....this is not my current mani. you can tell because I don't have a stubby nail!
I was actually wearing Zoya Dove with China glaze Cracked Concrete today...and then when I changed my nails this evening I applied BB Couture Nike...nothing pink about my choices...

But these nails are pink, so enjoy some pink polishes for pink Wednesday.

Yes they were just all the pics of pink polish I had on the desktop computer! I normally have my pics on my HP Mini, seeing as that's what I use to blog. But the mini was too far away to get...
I've posted some of these before, but Too Pink To Hold Em, Space case and Ultra-Astral have never been seen. I really should post the pics of my OPI Texas polishes and my Color Club Starry Temptress ones...

Girly Orly's

Ahhhh! I had one of those mornings today. Actually it's been 'one of those' last couple of days!

I managed to blow a fuse and sink half my house into darkness, Nick missed his bus so I had to drive 40min to drop him in (when I wasn't ready and had to be at school), Mum's birthday was on Monday, it was Mothers Day Sunday...and mum's sick.

Oh and did I mention my dress fitting is only 2 weeks away...Ahhhh!

In awesometastic news the wii tells me I lost 2kg last week....so if I can just keep doing that losing weight thing...maybe the dress fitting will go ok! It just has to stay off until July 22nd! Good thing I love salad. Shame I'm not as keen on the exercise, but I'll keep it up!

Catch the Bouquet

 Catch the Bouquet is such a pretty girly polish. Shimmering baby pink with a pale blue flash and what could be a glass flecked finish. Oh so girly. Shame it's uber sheer and I have no patience...4 coats and all aboard  to glob-ville! If I had patience I wouldn't have that problem...

Supernatural

The bottle's not near me, and google wasn't much help, so I'm not sure if it's Supernatural or Super Natural...but that doesn't change the awesomness of this polish. So much more than a tired old neutral...Supernatural is a warm pink with stunning gold shimmer. Seriously it's pretty cool. I like it anyway!

NYX Spam: Round Lip Gloss

Continuing my NYX spam...these are the NYX Girls Round Lip Glosses.
Not as awesome as the Mega Shine Lip Gloss, but still some great colours and they're amazingly cheap...especially when they're on sale!

First Row: Apricot, Frosted Red, Doll Pink, Soap Oprea Queen and Sparkle.

Second Row: Strawberry, Ballerina Pink, Shiny Ice, Kiss and Baby Pink.

Third Row: Sorbet, Whipped, Caffe Latte and Chocolate Moose.

Algae

Currently I'm rocking Nyx Girls Algae on my nails.
Wow, it is an amazing colour! Kind of a dusty a teal colour, Algae isn't my normal shade of polish. I am loving Algae though! And I keep thinking how amazing it would look with Silver Shatter. ohhhh! Hurry up and arrive my Silver Shatter!

Anyway here's some swatches of some of my favourite NYX products, the Runway and For Your Eyes Only Palettes. These are all swatched on my bare skin, no primer.

For Your Eyes Only: Smokey Eye

 An awesome collection of neutrals, silvers and darker tones to create that perfect smokey eye. One of my most commonly used palettes. The colours work for every occasion.

For Your Eyes Only: Blue Eyes

 Well I do have rather blue eyes, so how could I pass up a palette just for me! Some delicious warm orangey toned shades to make blue eyes pop and of course the blues. Not one I reach for a lot...but I love to have the option! It really does looks awesome with my blue eyes.

Runway Collection: Strike a Pose

 The brightest palette I have from NYX...so the poor palette doesn't get used too often. I just find myself reaching for my neutrals. There are some awesome warm brown, bronze tones in this palette. I have to remind myself how stunning the colours are and to use it more often. The white shadow is pretty handy!

Runway Collection: Versus

 Versus is another one of my regularly used palettes. Gorgeous neutrals and purples. Some of the purples are not as pigmented as NYX shadows normally are, but they're still well worth it. A very pretty feminine palette.

Runway Collection: Champagne and Caviar

Champagne and Caviar must be the most used of these 5 palettes. I love this one! 10 stunning neutral shades...whats not to love!
