1 down, 2 and a half days of school left...
Yes I'm just as excited as the kids. Honestly I just can't wait to thoroughly clean my house. I never thought I'd ever say that.

I love the last few days of school. Christmas activities! We're making Christmas lollie cake, peg reindeer, paper cup angels, stamping Christmas wrapping paper and I guess we'll make some Christmas cards. We also have to completely tidy the classroom and send all the books home...Argh, that part is not going to be fun.

Birthday Twins: Edward and Bella

Today is my birthday! Birthday birthday birthday.

A wee while ago I was very lucky. I posted on here asking if anyone could help me get the Essence Twins Bella and Edward. Lisa from Never Ending Obsession was kind enough to offer to send me hers! Wow!
As soon as they arrived I emailed her full of thanks and said I'd just found my Birthday mani.

I have no idea what I'm wearing for my Birthday tonight, but I painted my nails last night and they look awesome.

This set is amazing. It's my favourite colour and has a co-ordinating glitter top coat. If the house was burning and I could only save one polish...It might have to be this set.

Wow look at Bella by herself. Amazingly awesome. I could have gotten away with one coat but choose to do two. So glossy as well!

Then you put Edward on top and....sparkles! I love the square glitter, it really makes it stand out as far as glitter top coats go.

So anyway...Happy Birthday to me. My day should be fun...Nick seems to be dying from a sinus infection so I have to play nurse and tidy the house. Lame. It's my birthday he should be tidying the house for me.

At least all my school reports are finished and handed out and there are only 3 and a half days to go. Next week is Christmas activities and moving classrooms....Argh. Moving classes is just as bad as moving house. You don't realise how much stuff you can fit into a classroom.

I'm a tad moody at the moment. My knee is really hurting me in the evenings. Nick sent me to bed at 7pm last night. Good thing school is almost over and then I'll be truly resting it. I might even have time to actually cook. That will be awesome!

I only bought four polish of the six available. I just didn't need another red or Rally Pretty Pink/Faye look alike. I was a little worried that Oui! would be too close to OPI It's My Year, but I was pleasantly surprised. Oui! is much richer and more purple.

7 days to go! no i'm totally not counting down...

I feel a little sorry for my kids...I'm actually still being a mean teacher. We're still doing work. Poor kids. so close to Christmas and they still have to do reading groups, writing and maths groups. Ok I'm not being totally mean...we're doing Christmas activities in the afternoons...I even let them on the netbooks.

Anyway here's some L'Oreal spam! i actually really love these L'Oreal polishes. The bottles are great, they always fit neatly into line. The brushes are awesome. Actually I need some more L'Oreal!

I'm missing Winter Berry and Icicle. I just didn't need another silver foil or red.I do have Snow Globe. I ordered it separately and have not had time to swatch it yet. All in all I really like the Let it Snow collection. There's a bit of something for everyone. Some unique colours and some traditional staples. Addicts won't need every polish from the collection but I needed half of them!

Sinful Colors

July was not the best month for me. I was sick basically the whole month until just before my wedding. I just kept coming down with infections...throat, sinus, head cold... On one of my trips to the chemist to get prescriptions I felt so sorry for myself I needed to indulge is some nail therapy. Luckily the chemist I go to is the only one I have ever found Sinful Colors at.

Thimbleberry

I love this amazing coral polish. it's rather similar to Revlon Mock Snob...but I love wearing coral polish so i'm keeping both! It's slightly thick but still very manageable.

Dream On

Dream On is a gorgeous neon purple. i don't have another like it in my collection. very pretty and bright!

Pearl Harbor

Pearl Harbor is a pretty iridescent glitter in a clear base. Much better than OPI I Juggle...Men.

Pinky Glitter

Pinky Glitter is exactly what it says...pink glitter! Best for layering.
